Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, class credits, class packs, memberships, introductory offers and other services purchased from ZOLI Reformer Studio (“ZOLI”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By purchasing a class, class pack, credit, membership or other service from ZOLI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Payments
-
All classes must be paid for online and in advance.
-
Classes are booked using a class credit, class pack, membership or other applicable payment option.
-
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the class appears in your account.
-
Class availability is subject to the timetable and spaces available at the time of booking.
-
2. Credits & Class Packs
-
Class packs and credits are non-refundable, except where you have a legal right to a refund.
-
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Credits cannot normally be extended beyond their expiry date.
-
Credits must be used before the expiry date shown at the time of purchase and/or in the relevant class pack description.
-
Purchasing a class pack does not guarantee availability in any particular class.
-
All bookings and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
-
3. Cancellation Policy
Our classes have limited spaces, so we operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations 24 hours or more before the class
If you cancel 24 hours or more before the class start time, your class credit will automatically be returned to your ZOLI account.
The returned credit will retain its original expiry date.
Cancellations within 24 hours
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class start time, your credit will not normally be returned and the booking will be treated as a late cancellation.
This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, work commitments, travel or changes to personal circumstances, subject always to any statutory rights that may apply.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible to give another client the opportunity to take your place.
4. No-Shows
If you book a class and do not attend without cancelling, your booking will normally be treated as a late cancellation and your class credit will be forfeited.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions being placed on future bookings.
5. Studio Closures & Changes to the Timetable
-
ZOLI may be closed on bank holidays and other dates, which will be reflected in the published timetable where possible.
-
Clients are responsible for checking the timetable and their bookings in advance.
-
ZOLI may occasionally need to change class times, instructors or the timetable due to operational requirements.
-
If ZOLI cancels a class that you have booked, your credit will be returned to your account or another appropriate arrangement will be offered.
-
Where a closure or timetable change affects a service you have already purchased, your statutory consumer rights will remain unaffected.
6. Health & Safety
Pilates and Reformer exercise involve physical activity and, as with any form of exercise, carry some risk of injury.
-
You participate in classes at ZOLI based on your own assessment of your ability to do so safely.
-
You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating if you have any concerns about your ability to exercise safely.
-
You must inform your instructor before class of any injury, illness, pregnancy, medical condition, recent surgery or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely.
-
You should keep your instructor informed of any changes to your health or physical condition.
-
You must follow your instructor's instructions and use the Reformer and other studio equipment safely and appropriately.
-
If an instructor reasonably believes that participation may present a risk to you or others, they may ask you not to participate in a particular exercise or class.
-
Providing information about a health condition does not automatically prevent you from participating. It allows your instructor to make appropriate adjustments where possible.
7. Responsibility & Liability
You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.
You are responsible for following your instructor's guidance and for informing ZOLI of any relevant health or physical conditions that may affect your participation.
ZOLI takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and appropriately instructed classes.
However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, ZOLI will not be responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Clients are expected to treat instructors, staff and other clients respectfully and to follow reasonable studio rules and safety instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation where behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
10. Introductory Offers & Promotions
Introductory offers and promotional prices may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility, expiry dates and booking restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, introductory offers are available to new clients only and cannot be combined with other offers.
ZOLI reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers, subject to any rights you may have where you have already purchased an offer.
11. Memberships
Where ZOLI offers memberships or recurring payment options, the specific terms applying to each membership, including price, class allowance, payment frequency, minimum term and cancellation arrangements, will be provided at the time of purchase.
Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
Any membership-specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Classes & Instructors
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the classes, times and instructors advertised.
However, ZOLI reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the timetable, class format or instructor where necessary.
Where possible, clients will be given reasonable notice of significant changes.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or administrative errors.
If an error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we will contact you before processing the affected purchase where reasonably possible.

In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
